Please note, we strongly advise to pick up your packet at the Pre Race Packet Pick Up times and secure Concierge Packet Pick Up if you can!
- Traditional Packet Pick-Up: A friend or family member can pick up the packet for you if you can’t make it yourself.
- Concierge Packet Pick-Up: This service allows us to bundle your race materials (bib, shirt, etc.) for you ahead of time. To request this, participants need to email [email protected] by Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 9:00 PM CST, with the subject line format:“CONCIERGE PRE RACE PACKET PICK UP REQUEST _ YOUR NAME _ DISTANCE”.
RACE DAY MORNING PACKET PICK UP DETAILS:

Time: 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Location: Corporate Woods, 9401 Indian Creek Parkway, Overland Park, KS 66210
Please note, Race Day Packet Pick-Up will only be available for those who have made prior arrangements by Thursday, November 20, 2025, at 9:00 PM CST.
